About Us
Mike Bissonnette, CPA
From basic corporate returns to complex tax and accounting issues, there's not much that Mike hasn't seen in his 30+ years of experience. A founding member of the firm, Mike has dedicated his life to helping clients navigate the sometimes murky waters of corporate and personal accounting and taxes.
Mike graduated in 1984 from Bryant College and is a member of the AICPA and RI Society of CPAs.
Chris Kumar, CPA
As the newest partner at the firm, Chris brings over 19 years of experience in public accounting to clients across the area. Chris is an expert in accounting information systems and enjoys adapting the firm to the latest changes and innovations in modern tax law.
Chris graduated in 1998 from URI and is a member of the AICPA, RI Society of CPA's and ACFE.
Frank Melucci
Frank graduated in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science degree from Bryant College. Frank prided himself on servicing his clients for 40 years until his retirement in 2015 due to medical reasons.
